This little gem may not be to everyone’s taste, but it’s so remarkable that we had to include it as our Video of the Week. UK based software company Thunderhead were commended in the 2016 Marketing Society Awards B2B category for this quirky number that shows B2B video is alive and kicking.

 

What’s awesome about it?
It’s the unforgettable image of a grown man suckling and being cradled by the Norse God of Software. Yet it’s not just for the shock factor because the character and narrative cleverly and succinctly tell the story of what it is that Thunderhead does. Proof that dry subject matter doesn’t have to be treated with a dry creative approach.

Made by ad giants AMV BBDO it’s definitely one of the most original B2B marketing videos we’ve seen; not a clap, or a whistle, or a stop motion marker pen in sight. Bravo!
